T40 cisco wifi 无线网卡在ubuntu 8.04的解决方法

笔记本是ibm T40，无线网卡是cisco aironet 用 ubuntu 8.04安装后，无线网卡不可用。

对我的机器有效，还修复了声卡的问题。
